Our company has a long tradition with training trainee lawyers (m/f/d) and interns (m/f/d). Many of our partners originally started their careers with us as trainee lawyers. We have developed a special training programme for our trainee lawyers in order to convey a comprehensive overview of, and give an accurate insight into, the professional everyday life of a lawyer. In addition, we pay additional remuneration for your days of attendance.

In addition to fully qualified lawyers, a successful commercial law company with national and international involvement needs qualified legal assistants (m/f/d). We are looking for candidates (m/f/d) with above-average qualifications as a legal solicitor or notary assistants. Our firm values a high degree of dedication and commitment.
With the career “assistant to lawyer and notary” (m/f/d), you will learn an interesting, professionally demanding and versatile profession.
With approximately 50 attorneys (m/f/d) and around 100 employees (m/f/d) and several trainees (m/f/d) in different stages of apprenticeship, we advise national and international medium-sized companies in all core areas of Commercial Law.
During the three-year training period, we offer a structured training programme which, in addition to the provision of specialist knowledge in various departments (legal secretariat, enforcement, accounting, advocacy with deadlines and appointments), also provides for the further development of your personality (social competence, independence, teamwork).
For example, you will learn how to:
• Calculate attorney and notary fees
• Process files
• Create claims accounts and create dunning claims
• Record court appointments
• Prepare and process certificates
• Make writs and letters according to dictation
• Prepare remittances
During the training you will regularly attend seminars, which will alow you to repeat and expand the legal knowledge you have gained so far. Competent educators and lawyers impart their professional skills from the many years of professional experience in addition to their in-house teaching. In this way, we combine school education and practical training in the company.
We train for our own needs and regularly take on at least one apprentice(s) (m/f/d), provided they have the appropriate schooling and meet our standards of company performance. The subsequent employment relationship is unlimited. A good secondary school certificate or higher education entrance qualification is desired. As you deal with texts as assistant to lawyer and notary, a wide knowledge of the German language, a strong grasp of grammar and spelling skills are a prerequisite.
