Philipp P. Postulka studied law at the University of Bremen with practical training at a law firm in Sydney, Australia. During his studies, Mr. Postulka worked for several years at a law firm specialized in criminal tax law. He finished his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg and went through legal traineeships in the field of corporate law at our Bremen chambers. Mr. Postulka completed his elective traineeship at the Bremen office of a northern German law firm – this time in the area of commercial and corporate law as well. In 2022, Mr. Postulka passed his assessor examination in Lower Saxony. Since then, he has focused on and advises clients in particular on commercial and corporate law as well as other business law matters.
