After studying law in Halle (Saale) and Bremen, Dr. Annika Brandt obtained her doctorate in civil law, specializing in employment and corporate law, while working as a research assistant at the University of Bremen. She completed her legal clerkship in Lower Saxony and conducted her legal internship in the areas of employment law and corporate law at our Bremen office. After completing her elective internship in the legal department of a northern German national soccer league team, she passed the assessor’s examination in 2021 with a focus on civil law. Since her admission to the bar in 2022, she has been working with and advising clients in the area of commercial and corporate law as well as other business law matters.
