Volker Römer studied law in Cologne. While working for a law firm in the Rhineland oriented in Construction Law as well as working for an employer’s association of the ancillary building trade, he started specializing in Private and Public Law. He was admitted to the bar in 1998. Volker Römer became a partner of our law firm in 2009. As a bar-certified specialist in Building Law and the Law of Architects, as well as in Procurement Law, he mainly advises medium-sized building companies and building corporations nationwide. The main focus of his work is consultation in the field of construction and procurement in construction projects of general construction and civil engineering. He is responsible for our firm’s Building Law forum at the Hamburg office.
