A&V in AW Prax: Transparency in online trading

On 28.05.2022, the “enforcement and modernisation directive” of the EU will be implemented in Germany. For its implementation, the BGB and EGBGB will be supplemented by consumer protection provisions on transparency and information obligations. Companies are well advised to familiarise themselves with these innovations, as violations can result in fines of up to 2 million euros.
