We advise and represent both insurers and insured, especially with regard to Transport Insurance Law, but also regarding any other classes of insurance. These are, for example, Motor, Contents, Fire, Burglary & Housebreaking, Legal Protection, Life, Accident, Health and Disability Insurance as well as Personal and Public Liability Insurance.We look after our clients in a thorough and comprehensive manner which reflects their respective needs. We also give advice prior to effecting insurance and within the framework of existing insurance contracts, in order to be able to adapt operational procedures to insurance cover and create an understanding and awareness of problems regarding risk exclusions and obligations, or provide full particulars for these. We also support and advise clients before and after the occurrence of a loss, draw up and examine insurance conditions, and represent insurers and insured in judicial and extra-judicial disputes.
