Gregor Harbs attends to our national and international clients on all aspects of Maritime and Inland Shipping Law, including in particular marine insurance, shipping contracts and their enforcement, collisions and cargo damage as well as charter party disputes. He has many years of experience with arbitral proceedings – as party representative and as arbitrator under various arbitration rules – and he is currently chairman of the Board of the German Maritime Arbitration Association (GMAA). At the University of Hamburg, Gregor Harbs studied physics and law and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Cape Town, focusing on Maritime Law and International Commercial Law. In 2010 he became a partner of our firm.
