Moritz Naegeler studied law in Osnabrück and has also completed additional economic training. Starting his career as trainee lawyer in Hamburg working in the areas of Corporate Law, M&A and Restructuring, Mr Naegeler went on to complete his electoral station at the firm’s Bremen office. Since 2016, he has been working for our firm in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, and additionally works within the field of Capital Market Law from time to time. In 2017, Mr Naegeler completed a three-months secondment in the legal department of an international issuing aerospace company, working with an emphasis on contractual design. Mr Naegeler is a bar-certified specialist lawyer in Commercial and Business Law.
