Dr. Böning studied law in Osnabrück, while also completing an additional course in economics at the same time. After his subsequent work at a law firm specialised in Commercial Law, Dr. Böning joined our firm at the end of 2008 and has been working in the field of Commercial Law and Company Law ever since. He became a partner of our firm in 2012. As a specialist lawyer for commercial and company law, he is mainly responsible for advising medium-sized companies in corporate and other contractual matters. In addition, he guides clients through issues of capital market law and inheritance law. Dr. Böning also has extensive experience in legal disputes affecting both corporate and other complex economic issues. After successful completion of the notarial examination, Dr. Böning was appointed as a notary in 2022.
