Dirk Schuster studied law in Göttingen and completed his legal traineeship in Oldenburg and Bremen. Since December 2016, he advises and represents our clients predominantly in areas of law related to contracts for work and services. In this area, he is mainly responsible for dealing with legal issues arising from the purchase of and leasing of cars. Having a broad experience, Mr. Schuster advises car dealers of different brands with regard to the exhaust gas topic. In addition, already during his legal traineeship Mr. Schuster was active in the area of IT Law and works on matters of Software Contract Law, IT security and data protection.
