In order to support companies in B2C business, the ICC published a template of general terms and conditions (GTC) with the most important components of a sales contract in 2020. These, however, serve only as a guide for the creation of individually formulated GTC in the online sale of goods. Prof. Dr. Graf von Bernstorff explains the basic aspects that must be observed when drafting based on these sample GTC in his article “Sample GTC for digital trade” in the ICC magazine.
