Ahlers & Vogel partners publish model contract for working groups (ARGEN)
Our partners, Dr. Dirk Weitze and Dr. Jan van Dyk, have published a model contract for working groups (ARGEN) in the series of publications of the Heidelberger Musterverträge. The Heidelberg model contracts are characterized by the fact that the contract patterns are widely used among practitioners due to their clear structure.
The ARGE model contract is mainly aimed at smaller working groups in the construction industry, where only a minimal degree of corporate self-sufficiency is required for the purpose of joint construction work. In addition, this contract is also suitable for cross-trade cooperations as well as for other occasional companies for the co-operative handling of a jointly awarded contract.
In addition to a detailed explanation of the basic principles of the company in the case of the classical working community in the construction industry (ARGE), the essential principles of this cooperative cooperation agreement are briefly described. Due to its clear structure, the contract is also well understood for non-jurists.
