Unda Kristiane Küter studied law at Bielefeld University. Owing to her expertise in equestrian sports, she completed her elective traineeship at a law firm with a focus on hippology. There she was admitted to the bar in 2003. Frau Küter is a specialist lawyer in medical law and traffic law and primarily handles the in- and out- of-court settlement of complex liability cases. She has extensive litigation experience and was a contract lawyer for ADAC for several years. Since the beginning of 2026, Frau Küter has been working as Counsel at our firm. Her practice focuses on representing the interests of medical practitioners in the fields of human and veterinary medical liability law, as well as handling major personal injury claims. In addition, she continues to represent clients in matters related to equestrian sports and traffic law.
