Stina Henninghaus studied law at the University of Cologne, where she focused on medical law early in her studies. During her time at university and until the start of her legal traineeship, Ms. Henninghaus worked as a research assistant at an established commercial law firm in Bremen. She completed her legal traineeship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen including a stage at our law firm specializing in medical law. After passing the second state examination in May 2024 she joined our firm as a lawyer the following month.

She represents doctors, dentists, hospitals and other healthcare providers in matters of medical law. She has particular expertise in medical and dental liability law, exclusively advocating on behalf of practitioners.
