Leonard Eilers studied law at Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena and at the University of Bremen. During his studies, Mr. Eilers worked as a research associate at a law firm in Bremen, where he concentrated on Commercial Law. As part of his legal traineeship in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Bremen, Mr. Eilers completed his lawyer stage at the firm’s Bremen office. In 2018, he passed the second state examination with a focus on Commercial Law and joined our firm as a lawyer in the same year. Mr. Eilers’ key expertise is in Commercial and Corporate Law, Inheritance Law and in cases of tax consultant liability and remuneration.
