Ms. Podzkiewitz completed her law studies at the University of Cologne whereafter she moved to the Regional Court of Bielefeld for her legal clerkship. Since her admission to the bar in 2023, she initially worked for a Bremen law firm specializing in mass tort cases. Since 2025, Ms. Podzkiewitz works in the areas of general civil law as well as IT and data protection law.
