had been a seaman until 1980 and acquired the German Master Mariner’s certificate before he studied law in Erlangen and Berlin. Mr Dierks joined our firm in 1990 and has been a partner since 1993. In addition to his Shipping Law work, he also advises German and foreign clients on Private Building and Property Law, including civil and criminal consequences of construction site accidents.
