studied law and obtained a Master’s degree in German and Foreign Law in Mainz and Leicester, England. During her traineeship (Referendariat) she worked as a freelancer in the field of Company Law and Intellectual Property Law for international law firms in Frankfurt and London. Since 2005 Dr. Scholl has been advising our clients in the field of Commercial Law, especially in the area of Intellectual Property and Competition Law as well as in the area of Trade and Company Law. As a bar-certified specialist in Intellectual Property Law she attends to our national and international trade mark applications and is member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property ("GRUR").
