Steffen Pagels

studied law in Berlin and was already working at a regional law firm in Berlin specialising in Building and Insolvency Law during his traineeship (Referendariat). In 1995 he was admitted to the bar. In the same year he joined our firm and has worked in private Building Law, the Law of Architects, Property Law and corporate insolvency consultancy since then. Mr Pagels has been a partner in our firm since 2001. He also advises medium-sized building companies beyond questions of Building Law and the Law of Architects, taking into account the problems arising from the building trade. He also counts public authorities and building corporations amongst his clients. He is a member of the ARGE Baurecht (Working Group on Construction Law) in the German Bar Association.
