studied law in Hamburg where he subsequently received his doctorate. He is specialising in Transport and Freight Forwarding Law as well as in IT and Insurance Law. He is a member of the Committee of Bar-Certified Specialists for Insurance Law of the Hanseatic Bar Association in Bremen (admission of bar-certified specialists), bar-certified specialist in Insurance Law and also a member of the Joint Specialist Committee for Transport and Freight Forwarding Law of the North German Bar Associations as well as a bar-certified specialist in Transport and Freight Forwarding Law. Dr. Hoeft also is an author in the field of Marine and Transport Insurance Law. He has worked for our firm since 1999 and has been partner since 2008.
