Peter Wenker

had studied law in Bremen and joined an international law firm in Rome for several months before his traineeship (Referendariat) in our firm, where he stayed to practise as a lawyer since 2007. Mr Wenker advises our clients on issues relating to contracts for the sale of goods, services and leasing. He also counsels clients in matters of Transport and Freight Forwarding Law and Law of Medicine. He is a member of ARGE Medizinrecht (the German Bar Association’s Working Group on Law of Medicine).
