9 of our lawyers at Bremen are also civil law notaries. The activities of a civil law notary - obliged to be neutral by profession - cover all legal transactions which require a notary's intervention.

Our civil law notaries focus particularly on the entire field of Property Law, handle matters of Company Law and deal with setting up marriage contracts as well as wills.

They are very familiar with international issues and standards. We advise and execute notarial deeds in German and English.
