Particularly when concluding long-term commercial leases we create the preconditions for a long-term contractual relationship, both on the basis of the respective legal situation at the time and the (economic) interests of our clients.
We also advise on the drawing up of rental and lease agreements, of facility management contracts and the drafting of broker and distribution agreements. Within the framework of enforcing clients' interests through the courts we represent them in disputes on termination and in proceedings against tenants in default with their rent.
