Labour Law regulates all legal relationships between employers and employees and their representative bodies. The problems in this field are enormously manifold, full of obstacles and imponderabilities. The legislator constantly adds new rules which are less and less co-ordinated. In addition, Germany as a business location is changing ever more rapidly – due to globalisation, the increasing influence of the European Union and last, but not least, the 'home-made' crises in the labour market.We meet these difficult challenges with determined specialization. Our Labour Law Team already has three specialist lawyers (Fachanwalt), as it is only specific competence and experience which today prevent Labour Law becoming a stumbling block.
