Dr. Jochen Böning

studied law in Osnabrück. At the same time he completed an additional course in economics there. During his traineeship (Referendariat) and his subsequent work at a law firm specialising in Commercial Law, Dr. Böning was involved in advising small to medium-sized companies. Since 2008 Mr Böning has been working for our firm in the field of Commercial Law, in particular Mercantile and Company Law. In addition, he deals with matters arising from services contracts related thereto.
