Dr. Jochen Böning

studied law in Osnabrück. At the same time he completed an additional course in economics there. After his subsequent work at a law firm specialized in Commercial Law, Dr. Böning joined our firm at the end of 2008 and has been working in the field of Commercial Law, in particular Mercantile and Company Law. He became a partner of our firm in 2012. Dr. Böning specializes in advising medium-sized companies an closed-end funds of different asset areas. In addition, he deals with matters arising from services contracts related thereto.
