had studied law in Göttingen. After being admitted to the bar in 1985 he joined a well-known law firm in Celle. In 1988 he was admitted to appear before the Higher Regional Court of Celle (Oberlandesgericht Celle) and since that time he almost exclusively handles appeal proceedings in disputes relating to Commercial and Building Law. He is an esteemed expert in highly complex issues relating to substantive and procedural law. Mr Tewes has been working for our firm since 2002.
