Heiko Gottwald

studied law in Berlin and Bonn after nautical training and service at sea as an officer with Hamburg-America-Line. In 1971 he was admitted to the bar and joined our firm as a partner. He also worked as a civil law notary from 1978 to 2002. He advises German and foreign clients in all areas of Building and Public Procurement Law, focussing on civil engineering, including pipeline construction. He assists clients with the implementation of large scale building projects. Mr Gottwald is a member of the German Association for Construction Law (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Baurecht e.V.) and the Society for German and International Subsoil and Construction Law (Centrum für Deutsches und Internationales Baugrund- und Tiefbaurecht e.V.).
