studied law in Hamburg, was admitted to the bar in 1982 and has also been appointed as a civil law notary. He is a partner in our firm. As a bar-certified specialist in employment law, Dr. Lohfeld mainly advises employers on both, individual Labour Law and especially collective Labour Law. His remit also includes the Law on Government Liability. As a lecturer for an employers’ association Dr. Lohfeld regularly holds seminars on issues relating to Labour Law . He is a member of the Federal Working Group of Bar-Certified Specialists in Labour Law and the Committee of Bar-Certified Specialists in Labour Law of the Hanseatic Bar Association in Bremen (admission of bar-certified specialists). He is also a member of the Bremen Legal Society in Bremen (Juristische Gesellschaft Bremen e.V.).
