About me

Gregor Harbs attends to our national and international clients on all aspects of maritime Economic and Maritime Insurance Law as well as in inland waterway law. In particular, he deals with contract arrangements and their implementation, shipping accidents and cargo damage as well as charter party disputes. He has many years of experience with arbitral proceedings – as party representative and as arbitrator under various arbitration rules. Mr. Harbs is honorary deputy chairman and secretary of the German Maritime Arbitration Association (GMAA). At the University of Hamburg, Gregor Harbs studied physics and law and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Cape Town, focusing on Maritime Law and International Commercial Law. In 2010 he became a partner of our firm.
