studied law in Osnabrück. He completed postgraduate studies with a Master`s degree in taxation. In October 2002 he finished his thesis on a Tax and Company Law matter (“Joint undertakings in the building industry”) with distinction. He was admitted to the bar in 2004. After working as a Senior Associate for one of the Big Four auditing fims, Dr. Weitze became a partner in our firm in 2008. He is a bar-certified specialist in both, Tax Law and Trade and Company Law. In addition, he is the author of various publications in legal professional journals and a lecturer at the University of Osnabrück in Transformation Law.
