We also offer advice on export financing, factoring and leasing.Apart from the usual issues concerning Banking Law we also deal with specialist subjects such as IT Law for banks, offer continual consultation services to real estate investment funds and in Hamburg have concentrated our particular expertise in the field of ship and aircraft financing.
We support and advise clients concerning the Law on Collateral Security, which is in a state of fluxl. We link the Law on Collateral Security and on Surety Law in general to our expertise in the field of Company and Commercial Law, and also Insolvency Law.
